Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a Subscription

Card and PayPal subscriptions renew automatically on the billing cycle shown at checkout. You can stop future renewal from your account dashboard. After cancellation, Premium access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period. Cryptocurrency checkout is a one-time payment for 30 days and does not renew automatically.

Refund Requests

Payments are not automatically refundable after Premium access has been activated. If you believe a payment was made in error, was duplicated, or the purchased service was not provided, contact us promptly. We review refund requests individually, subject to applicable law and the rules of the payment provider.

For a purchase processed by Paddle or Whop, you can also manage the subscription or request help using the link in your payment receipt. Paddle purchases can be managed through Paddle buyer support, and Whop purchases through Whop. Cryptocurrency payments are reviewed according to the transaction status and the policies of the checkout provider.

Email support@tempmaillab.com from the address used at checkout and include the payment date and transaction details. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or private wallet keys.
