Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Temp Mail Lab, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

Service Description and Important Limits

Temp Mail Lab provides disposable email inboxes intended for short-term privacy, testing, verification, and anti-spam use cases. The service does not create a permanent consumer email account.

  • Regular temporary addresses and recovery access may remain available for up to 30 days.
  • 10 Minute Mail addresses start with a 10-minute server window, have no Recovery Key, and may have their remaining window reset to 10 minutes only while active. Resets are not cumulative.
  • Messages on the Free plan are generally short-lived and are typically removed about 15 minutes after receipt.
  • Messages received in a Premium inbox use the retention shown for the selected plan: at least 7 days from receipt for weekly Premium or 30 days for monthly Premium.
  • Any person with the relevant recovery key or active session token may be able to access that inbox.
  • Delivery, continuity, and message retention are not guaranteed.
  • Email delivery restrictions: For security and policy reasons, we do not support or accept incoming emails from any sender domain containing .gov (including all subdomains and government TLDs/extensions). Furthermore, emails originating from the domain facebookmail.com are blocked and not supported.

You must not use Temp Mail Lab for banking, healthcare, legal, employment, government, tax, or other critical long-term accounts where permanent delivery, identity verification, or record retention is required.

Acceptable Use

You may use Temp Mail Lab only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not use the service to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Commit fraud, phishing, spam, harassment, impersonation, or credential abuse.
  • Distribute malware, malicious code, or deceptive content.
  • Probe, attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
  • Bypass rate limits, bot protections, access controls, or domain restrictions.
  • Resell, mirror, or operate the service as part of an unauthorized competing offering.
  • Use the service to receive or process data you do not have the right to handle.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding any recovery key or other access credential associated with your temporary inbox. You are also responsible for reviewing the terms of the third-party websites or services that send messages to your temporary address.

If you need to retain information, export or copy it before the retention window ends. Temp Mail Lab is not a backup or archival platform.

Paid Services, Billing, and Refunds

Temp Mail Lab offers free access and optional Premium subscriptions. Card and PayPal subscriptions are billed on the cycle shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and any applicable taxes are shown before payment is submitted.

For a recurring subscription, you can stop future renewal from your account dashboard. Premium access remains available until the end of the current paid period. Payment must be confirmed before Premium access begins, and an unsuccessful or incomplete payment does not activate the subscription.

When Fawaterak, Blink, or Whop is selected, the purchase is a one-time payment for the period shown at checkout. It does not renew automatically and a new payment is required to purchase another period.

When the paid period ends or the provider confirms loss of entitlement, Premium-only inbox access and features turn off and the account continues on Free. Ending a subscription does not shorten a message's assigned retention deadline. A timely verified renewal extends active inbox access and protects still-retained content from cleanup, but it cannot restore content already deleted after the applicable retention and cleanup grace windows.

Deleting a Premium inbox from the dashboard removes that inbox and its stored messages. Full Free or Premium account deletion is available by contacting support from the account's sign-in email. When the request is completed, associated inbox content and remaining account data are deleted, except for billing, security, and legally required records that must be retained.

Refund eligibility and cancellation details are explained in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing on the site guarantees that any feature or price will remain unchanged indefinitely.

Recurring card and PayPal subscriptions may be processed through Paddle. The selected provider may act as the merchant of record for that transaction. The payment provider's buyer terms, payment confirmation rules, and mandatory consumer protections also apply to the transaction.

One-time Fawaterak, Blink, and Whop payments are completed in the selected provider's hosted checkout. Temp Mail Lab does not collect or store the card details entered in that hosted checkout.

Intellectual Property

The Temp Mail Lab website, software, branding, design, and related content are owned by Temp Mail Lab or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you only a limited, revocable right to use the service in accordance with the intended functionality.

Availability, Changes, and Suspension

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, including in response to abuse, legal requirements, infrastructure constraints, or security concerns. We may remove inboxes, messages, or access where we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect the service or others.

Third-Party Services

Temp Mail Lab interacts with third-party infrastructure and may link to or display content from third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, security, availability, or billing practices of external services, including websites that send mail to your temporary inbox.

Temp Mail Lab is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Temp Mail Lab and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Temp Mail Lab and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
